The product launched on the market, which is called “ELENA Chips Set“, is protected on the basis of properly registered industrial laws in the Czech Republic as well as in the other countries. The only authorized licence user with the exclusive licence is the company HAAS & CZJZEK - První porcelánová manufaktura v Čechách, spol. s r.o., based in Horní Slavkov, Czech Republic.
Any imitation, unauthorized distribution or other infringement of the protected industrial laws relating to this product will be affected by the holders of the industrial laws at the level of civil law, by means of a complaint in a law suit against the infringer, and at the level of criminal law, on suspicion of commission of a crime pursuant to section 151 Criminal Code, infringement of the industrial laws, or section 149 Criminal Code, unfair competition.
